the shuttle bus to terminal 4 was efficient and quick i guess.
the shower design SUCKS the bathroom floor floods whenever you shower it is basically an indoor swimming pool. also one of the doormen treated me like GARBAGE he made me wait in a huge line just to get a new key it was unbelievably inconvenient.

the free shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes. i booked the shuttle in advance. it is a nice walk around the hotel because there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. the staff was eager to help when needed.
the bathroom floor flooded when i took a shower. it took 20 minutes to get a cab.

the breakfast options felt a bit limited. i expected more variety for a hotel of this caliber. also, the wait time for taxis could be quite long. i waited almost 20 minutes one morning, it made me late for a meeting!!!

Superb Hotel Near Airport

I enjoyed the gym. The gym offered a fantastic indoor and outdoor training area. My family used the connecting family room. We loved the amount of space it offered for a family of four. Beds were comfortable. The area was quiet, this despite its proximity to the airport.
Taking a shower resulted in big mess. The entire floor of the bathroom flooded. I think this needs to be addressed .

The beds are comfortable in this hotel. The bathroom is fully equipped. Check-out at noon is convenient for tired travellers (like me!).
I found insufficient handling of guests. The employees at the reception need training. They did not apologize or contribute to de-escalation.
